Optima Machinery Corporation was the first subsidiary of the Optima Group.  Incorporated in 1985 with one employee in Green Bay, Wisconsin.  Over the next 25+ years, the business has grown to over 70 employees based in the United States.  Originally established as the North American sales and service point for all Optima Group divisions, we provide OEM spare parts, technical service, technical support and direct machine sales for all Optima machines delivered to the U.S.  “Excellence in All We Do” is an ISO Objective by which our employees strive to achieve, understanding that “success is the sum of small efforts and every employee impacts our success.” ~ Robert Collier

Optima with headquarters in Schwaebisch Hall, Germany, teams with its subsidiaries to design and build packaging machines, filling machines and production lines for pharmaceutical, consumer, nonwovens and life science products – from single standard machines to complete complex turnkey systems. Optima is the worldwide leader in packaging technologies for many fields. Founded in 1922, the family-owned and operated business is in its third generation and employs a workforce of 2,450 at its 19 international sites.
